Shipments

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding public holidays (1 and 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November and 8/25/26 December).

Orders received on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping costs, if any, are indicated in the order.

Standard delivery is available in all countries, while Express delivery is only available in selected destinations (its cost is calculated when creating the order).

Standard delivery times are 3-7 working days, while Express delivery takes 1-3 working days.

We use the following courier services: TNT (Italy), FedEx (UK, Europe), UPS (USA, Canada, and Express deliveries to Europe), DHL (Rest of the world).

For shipments to nonEU countries, duties are paid by the recipient (except in the UK, where duties are paid by Corneliani).
