Purchased items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product (unless otherwise stated), obtaining a refund of the purchase price.Corneliani only accepts returns of products that are new and in perfect condition, stored in their original packaging, with the internal label and tag attached to the garment.

If you placed your order as a registered customer to proceed to your return you must create a return request from your account page. We will then contact you by e-mail giving you all the instructions on what to do.

If you placed your order as a guest you simply have to fill in the following form and click SEND. After that you will be asked which product you want to return and the reason.
